Mr. Hardison brings over 30 years of engineering experience to Haley & Aldrich's environmental engineering practice. He has a strong background in project management, construction administration and industrial and environmental systems design. He is responsible for the coordination of multi-discipline and multi-office project assignments for Haley & Aldrich. Mr. Hardison has significant project management experience on remedial design/remedial implementation projects, and is recognized for his performance on focusing on customer requirements and issues to achieve business objectives.

Mr. Hardison received his M.S. in Engineering Management and his B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan, Nebraska, New York, Kentucky and Tennessee.

Role:Excavation Support System Design Manager for Remedial Design

Dr. Sweeney has 29 years of experience on numerous projects involving structural, environmental, and geotechnical engineering including foundation design for water and wastewater plants, utilities, outfalls, bridges, buildings, multi-level underground garages, light towers, and transmission towers. Foundation designs include shallow and deep foundations, such as spread footings, mat foundations, pile foundations, and caissons. He has specialized experience in soft ground engineering, finite element analyses, excavation support system analysis and design, and instrumentation monitoring programs. Dr. Sweeney's responsibilities as senior associate include proposal and budget preparation, contract negotiations, budget management, scheduling, work delegation, and supervision of engineers and other support services.

Dr. Sweeney received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, and his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Florida, Michigan, and Missouri.

Role:Civil Design Manager For Remedial Design

Mr. Babcock has more than 20 years of professional experience in civil and environmental engineering for power plants, oil and gas facilities, waterworks, and landfills. He serves as a Senior Engineer in Haley & Aldrich's Great Lakes Region offices. Mr. Babcock is responsible for project management and technical support of landfill design and site remediation engineering. He is experienced in planning and supervising work conducted in conformance with NYS Part 360 and Part 370 regulations.

Mr. Babcock received a M.S. in Education from SUNY College at Brockport, an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Washington State University, and a B.S. in Forest Engineering from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in California, Michigan, New York, and Ohio.
